What Items Require Special Handling?

For you protection, orders greater than $400.00 may require a signature for delivery.

 Oversized or extremely heavy items are marked on their product detail pages as requiring as requiring a special charge and will ship separately from other items in your order.

Delivery Details for Big Screen TVs
  • Please Note that an adult signature is required on all deliveries of TVs
  • Delivery to a residence anywhere in the contiguous 48 states within 3 to 7 business days
  • Local delivery agent will call and schedule a delivery appointment for Monday-Friday within a 4-hour delivery window during normal business hours (8-5 M-F).
Heavy Video Items For Budget Shipping, there is a surcharge of $1.00 for video items weighing more than 2.5 pounds and DVD items weighing more than 0.35 pounds.

For Standard Shipping, there is a surcharge of $1.50 for video items weighing more than 2.5 pounds and DVD items weighing more than 0.35 pounds.

Toys Items Some Toys items require an additional handling surcharge due to their unusual size or weight and will ship Standard Shipping only. This fee is in addition to the normal shipping rates. The handling surcharge will be added to the total cost of your order automatically. What are the Shipping FAQ's

  • In most cases your order will ship out within 1 to 2 business days of when it was placed. Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery time is in addition to order processing time. Please read When Will My Order Ship? to determine total delivery times.

  • If you order items with different stock availability - for example, an in-stock item along with a pre-ordered item - each item will ship as soon as it's ready. The additional items will still be charged the 'additional items' rate even if they ship separately.

  • Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

  • Standard shipping for Books, Games, DVDs, and Videos is US Postal Service Priority, unless the total weight is 3 lbs or greater in which case they will ship via UPS.

  • If the weight of your DVD(s) is less than 13 oz. and you select Standard Shipping, the DVD item (s) will ship US Postal Service First Class Mail.

  • Tracking information provided when available.

  • We ship within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii only. At this time we are unable to process International shipments.
